The Myra Affiliate Program is a referral initiative where you can introduce friends and family to Myra Homes. You will earn RM 1000 for every successful purchase made through your referral codes.

You’ll receive RM 1000 for each successful referral. This reward is calculated based on the net price of the property purchased using your unique referral code.

Currently, the following types of homes are excluded from the Myra Affiliate Program unless stated otherwise:

Rumah Selangorku (RSKU)
Perumahan Penjawat Awam Malaysia (PPAM)
Rumah IDAMAN
Affordable homes (except for Myra Dahlia, which is eligible).

Your referral fee will be processed once the following conditions are met:

The Sales and Purchase Agreement (SPA), Letter of Offer, and Loan Agreement are signed and stamped.
The balance for the first 10% of the purchase price is settled (if applicable).
Either:
- a. The first release or settlement of Stage 2A progressive claims is completed, or
- b. For cash buyers, 20% of the purchase price is paid.

It’s simple! Log in to the platform, read all the details about the project, and complete a short quiz. You need to score at least 4 out of 5 to unlock your unique referral code. Once you’ve unlocked it, you can start sharing the code with your network!

You can monitor every stage of your referees’ progress in the ‘Referees’ tab on your dashboard. Everything you need will be at your fingertips!

Lead eligibility is determined based on Myra's CRM records at the moment your referral is submitted.

New leads: If the referred individual is not in Myra's CRM, the lead is attributed to you.
Existing leads (remarketed): If the individual exists in Myra's CRM but is marked as remarketed, whether before or after a booking, the lead is attributed to you.
Existing leads under active follow-up: If the individual exists in Myra's CRM and is under active engagement by the sales team, the lead is not attributed to you.

All lead eligibility decisions are guided by Myra's internal CRM records and classifications.

Once your referral becomes a Myra home buyer, please prepare the following to process your payout:

A copy of your IC together with your bank name and bank account number.
A bank statement showing the header section with your name and account number.

Myra's Finance team needs this information to complete your referral payment.

3. Eligibility

To be eligible to participate, individuals must be 18 years of age or older, a citizen of Malaysia, and legally able to enter into a binding contract.

4. Referrer Criteria

Any individuals are allowed to participate in this campaign effective from 1 January 2026.
The Referrer did not purchase the Referrer’s Unit from any third-party entities/companies appointed/engaged by “Company” including but not limited to real estate agents.

5. Referee Criteria

The Referee must register their interest via a unique link that connects the Referee to the Referrer. Any other page/medium will not be accepted for the referral program.

6. Referral Procedure

To participate, the Referrer must share the unique link for the related project that is dedicated to each Referrer to the Referee.
The Referrer obtains the unique link through the Myra Affiliate Program Dashboard.
The Referee must register their interest using the Referrer's unique link for the referral to be valid.
The Company reserves the right to verify the eligibility of the referred friend and the authenticity of the referral.
Each referral is valid for 12 months from the date of submission. The referral will expire if the referred friend does not complete a property purchase within this period.
If the Referee cancels their booking, the Referrer is no longer eligible to receive any reward.
A Referee is only allowed to be referred by one (1) Referrer for each project.
The referral must not be categorized as government schemes such as “Rumah Selangorku (RSKU)” or “Perumahan Penjawat Awam Malaysia (PPAM)” or “Rumah IDAMAN” and/or affordable homes (except Myra Dahlia).

7. Referral Reward

The Referrer will be eligible to receive a referral reward of RM 1000, excluding any applicable taxes, fees, and adjustments.
The Referral Fee is payable after the referred friend has completed all related transactions. Referral Fees are payable upon the following conditions are met in the manner that is provided below:
1. Sales and Purchase Agreement (SPA), Letter of Offer, and Loan Agreement signed and stamped.
2. Settlement of the balance first 10% of the purchase price upon signing of SPA (if applicable).
3. First release or settlement for progressive claims stage 2a; or
4. Payment of 20% of the purchase price for cash buyers.
The Referral Reward is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for any other form of compensation.

8. Limitations

There is no limit to the number of referrals an eligible referrer can make.
The Company reserves the right to limit, modify, or cancel the Myra Affiliate Program at any time, without notice.

9. Privacy

By participating in the Myra Affiliate Program, the Referrer and the Referee consent to Myra collecting and using your personal information to administer the program, based on the Company’s privacy policy.

10. General

Participation in the Myra Affiliate Program constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
The Company reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Participants will be notified of any changes.
Any disputes arising under these terms and conditions will be resolved by the Company, whose decision will be final and binding.
